Add to troubleshoot Dwarf (and other?) devices

I encountered this same issue while connecting for the first time.

The proposed solution worked for me as well.
Perhaps it should be added to the troubleshoot?

On what OS are you trying to connect?

Windows 10

+1 for putting it in a somewhat more prominent location.
I also had this “out-of-box-experience”, but decided to fiddle around with the system settings and found this myself. This can be very frustrating for some.

This is mainly an issue with Windows and with some updates of the Windows some things get broken on our side what is really hard to keep track.
Anyway, between the drivers and swapping the USB Mode something normally should work.

Sure, the point here is, to have the USB mode switch advertised more prominently, since this could throw off the less technical folks.

I see. Maybe like a note or so in our wiki.
Let’s see if we can troubleshoot it to be less prone to happen. If not we take that root.
I can tell you that with the latest OS updates it seems that those reports are kind of fading away. But we still get some, indeed.
