Corrupted info on the right side display

Description

Corrupted display of information on the right side screen when starting the MOD DUO with it´s USB port B already connected to the computer.

How to reproduce

  1. With Windows 10 already started.
  2. With the MOD turned off plug the USB cable to the port B and to the Computer USB port.
  3. Power up the MOD DUO.

Expected/suggested solution

Correct display of the information.

Additional information

  • release: 1.0.6

  • controller: 7497014

  • Operating system: Windows

  • System version: Windows 10 64Bit

I imagine that we should always plug the MOD to the computer after it is already on but very often I just forget to unplug it from the USB when I turn my setup off.

Here is an example image of what the display looks like in this situation:

This is a minor issue because as soon as I click the right knob the screen goes back to normal.

Thanks!

Thanks for reporting, although it’s a known issue: https://github.com/moddevices/mod-duo-issues/issues/10

Hi @ricardocrudo
Very good to know that you guys are on top of it.
Thanks!

Don’t know what the status on this is from your end, but i’m encountering the same problem.
This also happens when i disconnect usb before turning the MOD off and on again.

It’s not a major inconvenience, but i recognize the pedalboards better (when switching through them via midi) if they’re properly displayed.

Same issue here

Windows 10
Chrome

There is bug fix coming for this issue on version 1.5.

Looking forward to that. I still see this with 1.4.0 rc5.
