Email Support / Upgrade my duo

i have been trying to reach someone in support for several weeks now. unfortunately no answer yet. what else could i try? I have read that you can upgrade your mod duo x if you send an email with the required data to the email address upgrademyduo@moddevices.com.

please help me.

I think there is a confusion here. The email upgrademyduo@moddevices.com was meant for Duo/Duo X customers who wanted to purchase the MOD Dwarf with a heavily discounted price.

Is that your case?
