a first go at getting an artefact-free octave up, with the whammy assigned to a CC pedal. Will experiment more with the lofi settings for greater post processing options!

If you are looking for a cleaner octave up, it might be a good choice to put the tube screamer after the whammy. (overdrives add harmonics to the sound, so the whammy will also be transposing those harmonics)
