Did you ran that command while the MOD Duo was connected to your PC? DId it ask for a password? Did it show a copy progress on the terminal? (like this)
% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed 100 18552 100 18552 0 0 46776 0 --:--:-- --:--:-- --:--:-- 46730
Yes… I even tried doing an scp to the duo and overwriting the file.
After that, connected the switch while holding the button… Nothing happend on the duo nor on the web interface…
The switch went blank for a while and then I turned everything off…
That’s kind of where I am too. I even get the web interface to say the controller switch is updated, but it doesn’t recognize the controller…
If you manually update the footswitch firmware, make sure to update the MOD OS version too. The latest footswitch firmware needs the MOD Duo to be at v1.4.1 or v1.4.2.
Sorry for the delay in my response. I got busy doing some other things.
I have updated the Footswitch to 0.2.1 and the MOD DUO is now at 1.4.3.
I still don’t get the DUO to recognize the footswitch.
Hey guys, how is it going?
Any updates here?
I’m still stuck unable to use my footswitch… =/
@adewaleandrade I’ve sent you a private message with a possible solution. It was long time ago. Did you check it?
