High pitch noise at 22khz aprox on mod duo

seems feedback but it has a fixed frequency which seems odd for a regular guitar distortion feedback.
also seems it doesnt have any harmonics. it’s just that 22khz freq.

I can cut it with a noise gate and when I play I dont hear it except when not pushing strings hard
still is annoying because I still can hear it a milliseconds when the noise gate is not triggered (I couldnt find a good NS that has near 0ms release time and doesnt sound horrible when is cutting it (it starts to go on and off very fast)

how can I fix this? is it a ground loop?

It sounds like one of two options. Either that noise is being triggered by the USB or by the brightness.

  • Does this happens only when you have the USB connected?
  • If you turn the brightness all the way up or all the way down does that solve your issue?

I vaguely remember being able to hear 22khz at all!

Actually, that makes sense
I read it through quickly, but the human hearing range (of a newborn and not always) goes only to 20k @mrwolf.
Probably you typed it wrong, but I toke it only for the “high pitch noise” part
