Hi all
I have been playing out with the Mod Duo with the Chapman Stick and it sounds awesome.
Really excited about the new update but am experiencing a problem with the manual update.
I follow the procedure as instructed but when I unplug the Mod Duo, it says FILE NOT FOUND and all the lights turn red.
I have watched the video on how to update the Mod Duo as well but no luck.
Am I missing something?
I am running on a Mac Book Pro with El Capitan.

Have you tried another browser? I have some update problems with Firefox on Linux. With Chrome it works.

Isn’t the browser issue only related to automatic updates? (which I was not able to reproduce yet)
This is manual one, ie, downloading the *.tar file and copying it to the Duo.
@PascalG did you rename the file before copying? perhaps extracted it?
The file needs to be copied as-is, no modifications on filename or contents.

I remember the first time I did it and got it wrong…
I actually clicked on it and extracted the file which is the wrong way… I realized that I have to just drag whatever that was downloaded (.tar file) into the Duo drive and it worked.

I had extracted the file.
I’m updating it now and it’s installing the new system.
Brilliant.
And the new Mod controller arrived today so perfect timing.
This will be fun.

I’m in the USA so my controller is going to take a little longer to arrive… Jealous… 
Everything is working and I’ve set up some controllers.
Everything is super easy as expected.
The controller looks great.
Perfect size.
I’m doing a session now so I’ll report back with how I get on more fully soon.
