Map program change via usb

Hi !
I just tried to change pedalboards with a midi usb controller, via program changes.
It doesn’t works. CC works well, but when I change programs, it does nothing on the mod duo (usb to computer is unplugged, and mod duo restarted).

Is there a way to do that ? or is it impossible ?
