Metronome with different sounds on 1st beat

hi,

so far as I know, there are two metronome plugins, Metronome LV2 and Click Caps.
Both do their job but in neither cases you can set different sounds for different beats.

I would like to have a different sound on the first beat. Are there any other ways to achieve that?
Maybe a simple drum machine?

I think you’re on the right track here

Perhaps MIDI Step Sequencer8x4 - MOD Devices step sequencer along with one of the drum generators :slight_smile:

I figured that out and created a simple pedalboard, in case someone else needs the same thing.
