I updated my Mod Duo this morning when I was promoted to and it looked like it was updating like my other Mod Duo did. I came back to the pedal 20 minutes later and it was hung up on the start screen. I held down the left volume knob to see if the update went through and this is is the system information I see.
My other Mod Duo updated without issue, but this one won’t connect to the PC as an external device either when I try to manually update it.
