Stereo delay

I am looking for a simple delay: I need to compensate for latency and would like a stereo delay with the most neutral sound possible. It should be adjustable in milliseconds and do nothing more than delay the sound, no feedback, no crossover ect. Any ideas?

Perhaps the C* Scape with the feedback all the way down would help you. No?

Thanks for your answer. C*Scape has only a mono in, which makes adjustments live quite complicated (midi cable OUT to IN). But I found the solution with the Dub-3, which is stereo and I am using the following levels for a neutral sound - its not 100% neutral/clean, but in live situations it works well:
drive: 0.38
time: adjustable
dry signal: 0
wet signal: 0.6
feedback: 0
highcut: 0
cutoff: 1
resonance: 0
