Tuner crashes or doesn't work at all in 1.8.0-RC2 (Duo)

Description

The tuner doesn’t work in 1.8.0-rc2 or just crashes when in use. It looks like if there wouldn’t be any input.

How to reproduce

  1. Go to the tuner
  2. choose second input (I didn’t try the first one)
  3. play some strings

The tuner does not work if the input level is very low.

But I think this is the same issue as Meter Plugins not working in 1.8.0-RC2 (DUO)

Issue fixed, for an RC3 coming up very soon.
