Using the A/B Utility Plug-in to generate program changes in Decibel 11 Split Personality

I have 2 Mod Duos, one for pitch shifting and a a second for everything else. Aside from that, I use the Decibel 11 to carry my clean signal to the end of my board so I have MIDI controlled wet dry mix. Is there any way to use an A/B Plugin in the first Mod Duo to send program changes to the Decibel 11 to control when the dry signal is muted?

There is a plugin called Mindi that will send some midi info. I use it to send messages to my Whammy DT. It may work for you.
