Pitch shifting effects don't produce sound

Description

The Mod Pitch shifting effects (Super Whammy, Drop, 2Voices, Harmonizer) does not produce sounds when they are On since release 0.13.0 (the bug does not appear in previous releases). When they are Off, the effect is correctly bypassed.

How to reproduce

  1. Open a blank/new pedal board
  2. Load any of the pitch shifting effect above (Super Whammy, Drop, 2Voices, Harmonizer).
  3. Connect input of the mod to the input of the effect and output of the effect to the output of the mod
  4. When the effect is On, no sound output from the effect. When the effect is Off, the bypassed sound properly output from the effect

please make sure those plugins are updated.

do the plugins cause xruns when enabled?

They are all at the latest available version (2Voices: 0.4-4, Drop: 0.2-4, Harmonizer: 0.0-4, Super Whammy: 0.0-4).

The plugin usually causes some xruns (about ten) when the input is plugged in. After that, no additionnal xruns are produced.

It seems to be fixed in release 0.14.0.
