USB and FEL boot doesn't work anymore. EDIT : Now doesn't boot at all

Description

A. The USB-A input doesn’t work anymore (tested with a bluetooth dongle and a USB key (backup menu say that there is no key connected, and bluetooth menu statut is “Unavailable”).
B. The mod is stuck on boot screen when trying to boot while pressing the FEL button, here is the result of the “./bootfix -w modduo-latest-reset-image.raw” command on linux:

How to reproduce

A

  1. Connect an USB device
  2. See it’s not detected nor powered

B
1 Click and hold down the FEL button on the back of the MOD Duo (in tiny hole), while you power it on.
2 Hold it for 2 seconds, then release

Expected/suggested solution

USB device should be detected, the FEL reboot should works.

  • System version: Manjaro (latest)

NB : if the device information section is missing in my first post it’s because that the mod doesn’t boot anymore even in normal boot mode :confused: (this 3rd bug occurred while I was writing the post)

cant say much about problem #1 without more info, but regarding the factory reset, I think you are just missing the full path to the file in question. We can see it from this:

Failed to open file to send: : No such file or directory

maybe it needs ./ before the filename, I am not sure now.

yep you where right, the correct syntax was dot dot slash since the .raw is in the parent folder…
So I’m now proceeding to the factory reset, I’ve got the blue light and then the red light so I guess it’ll fine.
Dunno if it will fix the USB bug or if it’s an hardware problem, will let you know once its finished.

Ok I just finnished with the factory reset.
But the USB-A still doesn’t work.
