I just ordered my Mod Duo X bc it said it was shipping Dec 2019. I am now concerned that it might not be shipping in that stated timeline. I have written two emails to MOD with no response. I am.hoping someone can clarify?

In August 2019 there was a hardware problem with cv and spdif of the new DuoX. I did choose the option “Choose to receive your Duo X immediately. If you eventually decide for a fix at any point in the future, send us the unit and we’ll perform it without charging any fees. The shipping costs shall be covered by the user, in this case.”
Did anyone of you choose the same? Did you send it for repair already? How does this work?
